Our Services
Odissa House provides care and support to people living in a supported living setting with personal care. The shared accommodation bungalow has a living area, separate bathroom, and shared kitchen. Service User who will live in the bungalow have their own sperate ensuite bedroom so they can live as independently as possible. Service user’s care and housing will be provided under separate contractual agreements (Assured Tenancy).
The service provides a core support model that includes 24 hours support and management response, with the personalised 1:1 /2:1 and shared support to meet individual needs. The service will support individuals to integrate into the community and improve personal life skills and competence. Odissa House service has been refurbished and adapted to meet the specific needs of its inhabitant including flooring, doors and painting the entire house to make it more homely, upgraded fridge, cooker, microwave and replacing other utensils, the garden is done high standard which comprises of 3 different sitting area, sensory / activity area and lastly garden planting area.
There are a variety of different types of supported living we can offer, and we’ll strive to find the best option for you.
Shared living
We can help connect you with other people who might want to live independently too but aren’t yet ready to live alone. You will have your own space but benefit from socialising with other like-minded people, sharing the communal spaces and sharing the costs of household bills.
Apartment living
You may be looking for the best of both worlds. Your own modern apartment with some shared communal space. That way you can choose when and if you want to socialise. We can work with our housing partners to develop this popular type of accommodation.
